Pine Mill Ranch is located south of Greenville, one of Houston’s nicest suburbs, in a predominantly suburban neighborhood. The area has about 1,400 single-family homes and a superb collection of community facilities. The neighborhood has a small-town feel to it, with an active organization that arranges community activities for residents. Main routes such as FM 1463, Spring Green Boulevard, Cinco Ranch Boulevard, and Fry Road make it relatively simple for Pine Mill Ranch residents to get to and from vital regions such as Greenville and the Energy Corridor. During the early 1900s, the Greater Greenville region was largely made up of farms and ranches. The region saw commercial and residential growth in the 1970s and 1980s. More expansion was sparked by the opening of Interstate 10 as well as Houston’s housing boom. The majority of the houses in Pine Mill Ranch were constructed between 2008 and 2014. The Greenville Mills Mall is also a few minutes away from the area if you want more alternatives. Other recreational opportunities abound in the Greater Greenville region. The Golf Club at Cinco Ranch, Meadowbrook Farms Golf Club, and The Club at Falcon Point are just a few of the surrounding golf courses that golfers will enjoy. The Greenville Independent School District is home to some of the most prestigious schools in the Houston metro region. Pine Mill Ranch residences are zoned for Davidson Elementary, WoodCreek Junior High, and Tompkins High School, which are all newer schools in the district.
